Changing the image from 256x256 to 120x120 will only make it look more jagged. The program will still stretch it to the same size. 256x256 works best. The main requirement is that there's enough blank space around the actual image so that it fits nicely in the crystal. Remember that you're fitting a square picture into a roundish frame.
