I haven't tried this new version yet, but yesterday on Jennifer's computer I "fixed" the problem myself by turning on 16x aniso. and 4x performance AA. What a HUGE improvement! This was on a Radeon 7500 PCI as part of a AIW VE setup. The unique thing about this fix was that there was NO performance hit at all. That's because here video card is overkill for her processor (cel 700) and was probably waiting around for something else to do with it's clock cycles while the CPU "fed" it as fast as it could.
