Assuming you have, in some way, gotten the track you want to play into a playable file - that is, if you "click" on the file name it plays just that track...
Then, try putting that file in the MA3 folder, which will be:
C:\Users\youraccountname\AppData\Roaming\Marine Aquarium 3
...and select it from there.
