Sometimes I feel I'm the only Mac OS X user on the planet who doesn't feel the (desperate) need to preach the gospel of switching to anyone not yet on a Mac.

No wait, my brother doesn't do that either. (We're both on Tiger, Blommers - and I don't see an upgrade happening anytime soon for either of us.)
