Jim is not a teenaged dot-commer. He's not a young hotshot programmer. What he is, is a respected graphic artist who's been at the leading (some say bleeding) edge of this field for a long time. Sure, some people got into Amiga after it was already on the decline. He was there from almost day 1.
The fact that his work outshines that of a team of five 20 year olds should tell you that age doesn't matter.
