The quick fix for this is to reinstall the program as outlined below:

1. Uninstall Marine Aquarium through the START/Programs list or the Windows, Add/Remove Programs utility in the Control Panel.
2. Disable your computer's antivirus software for the duration of the reinstallation.
3. Install Marine Aquarium from the CD.
4. Don't forget to turn your antivirus back on.

If it happens again, it could be related to a video card issue. Send me a DIrectX report as follows:

1. Close all programs that are running.
2. Click on the START button and select RUN.
3. In the box that appears, type in "dxdiag" (not the quotes, just what's in them).
4. This will bring up the DirectX Diagnostic tool. Wait for it to fully load.
5. Click the "Save All Information..." button.
6. Save the file to your My Documents folder or somewhere else that you will be able to find it easily.
7. Email the DirectX file to me as an attachment.
