That letter doesn't need to mention the 90-day limit. If you got the letter, the time limit does not apply to you. The letter contains your new Key Code right then, for free.
We are sending free 2.0 Key Codes to everyone who purchased the Aquarium on-line and signed up for email announcements. We don't send email to anyone who did not sign up for the mailing list, but we are still giving them 90 days to get their free 2.0 Key. After that, it will be $5.95. It's that simple.
