Another thing I've noticed is if I press the "s" key to get the frame rate info, it flicks between 73 and 78 fps. I'm running 1280x1024@75Hz. I'm fairly sure that when it runs smoothly the fps stays almost constant.

Also, if I limit frame rate to 60 I get fps of between 39 and 41 and it's jerky as hell.

Any ideas?
