I have this problem only when Aquarium is used as screen saver
. With all other screen savers (As I said, I had Seti@Home) I can set the screen to suspend, or suspend the whole system with no problems after resuming for normal operation

There is a new set of drivers for nVidia (30.30) but I'll wait for the official release, the 29.80 are fast and very stable for my system (apart for this problem with Aquarium).
