My XP Plus Aquarium in XP goes edge to edge. I have a black border in this version why? How do I get it to fill my monitor like my XP Plus Aquarium.
When I pressed F for full screen mode, I received an error message stating "Could not create the Direct 3D Device Object, the program will now exit.

Anybody have any suggestions. I am using a Voodoo3 AGP that has always worked very well.
