Even setting the fish to 1, there's still a chance you'll see passthrus on that Elkhorn coral at the top. That's the weakest point in the space-time continuum.

Marine Aquarium 3 has a more intricate coral, and allows more fish (up to 30). These two combined lead to the possibility of pass throughs. ...
