Is this normal behavior for 9g?

If I remove all the all the clocks through the "Clock and Logo" playlist, I can have them return by using the "add digital/analog clock" buttons. But if I remove the SereneScreen Logo in the same manner it is gone forever! Choosing the "add Logo" doesn't return the SereneScreen Logo. It does the same as previous versions and opens "Windows Explorer" so you can select a directory/folder that contains a Logo file. Shouldn't the "add clock" and "add logo" buttons behave in the same manner for consistency? Although, if I use the "L" key it will appear in the tank - but not in the "Clock and Logo playlist.

Other than this everything else works great (no issues).


P.S. I just remembered you said no more work for now on the playlist - so on to the clams! ;)

Where did you find the link to the 9g download zip I have read through the whole forum and did'nt find it.

Harris - The SereneScreen logo is just a default placeholder until someone puts in their own logos. The clocks are different because you can't load them from disk.

Just tried 9g and got one logo (my .png file) on the list to play for 4 seconds, but it won't show at all. Now only the SereneScreen logo shows all the time.

edit: never mind, got it to work by del all the entries, then adding
the one I wanted, then del the one it defaulted to.

If you have a repeatable bug, please detail how to repeat it.

I have problem showing my altlogo in 9G (worked in 9E).
Even though the only logo in the list is my altlogo, it still shows the default logo.
If I remove my logo in the list, and exit, and start again, the default logo is in the list (which is good).
If I add my logo to the list, I can cycle between them, but if I remove the default logo, the alt logo still doesn't show up.
The only way I can get my alt logo to show (without pressing keys) is to set default logo on top in the list for 0 seconds, and then my alt logo as second.

This sounds like a more coherent description of the previous problem. I'll look into it.

edit: OK, I found the problem. It was introduced with my code which eliminates the reloading of a logo that's already on the crystal. The trouble with a single logo is that there was nothing which put it on the crystal the first time.
