So far I have not been able to see my Marine Aquarium, Which I purchased with the view to relaxing infront of it.

Did you get your registration key? If you did: just download the demo, enter the key and you have the full version.

If you didn't get your registration key you should visit the Prolific support site http://www.serenescreen.com/support/index.php and maybe contact them.

Did you try the unregistered/free version on your computer before buying the full version?

Anyways, we could use some more information about your computer in order to help. Stuff like what version of Windows, how powerful a computer you got, if you know what video card it has and what happens when you try and launch the Aquarium?
