cant get prolific to return email.
hopefully someone will see this and get back to me.
I sent two emails (one last week, one the week before) to Sales@SereneScreen.com(last week) and serene.sales@prolific.com (two weeks ago) trying to get some pricing on the corporate branded version of the screen saver. I had shown the head guy at the office MAT with our logo in the crystal and he liked it (of course). I cant seem to get a reply. The head honcho is going to be in the office at the end of the week and I am certain he will be interested in this, so I would love to have the pricing worked out before hand. Thanks in advance Rob |
Prolific had a technical problem with their mail server which made it impossible to retrieve mail for a few days. It's fixed, but they are wading through a backlog of several thousand customer-service messages.

still havent heard back from anyone. i dont want to compound their problem by sending another email but one would think , i would have gotten a response by now.

PM the message to me and I'll se that Prolific gets it. It's possible that the original was lost whan they had their mail troubles.
