Big Problem ..Help?
 

Hi everyone

I guess this is for the owner of SS.

My PC crashed and I lost everything..everything :(

I had to install OS all over again but I saved my pictures n important stuff as I had them on a external drive (Learned my lesson the last time )

The thing is i don't have my SS any longer and don't have the email with the proof (Keycode) I bought it. I also don't remember what creditcard i used (If that's what I used)

I need my SS .It's so relaxing for me after a long day at work.If there's anyway to get it back I would be happy to buy any extra fish or upgrades that you have for sale.

I would suggest you e-mail Service@SereneScreen.com.

You will be asked to provide them with your name, e-mail address associated with your purchase of the Aquarium, and if you can, some of the digits of the credit card used to purchase the Aquarium.

I don't remember which creditcard I used as it was so long ago. Plus I only have one card now and not sure if that was the one. I had to cut the other's up because I was spending too much and now everything is paid up :)

I'll email them my name n email addy and maybe that will help.

Well I emailed everyone n no answer at all. I also tried the lost keycode link and my KC was nevr mailed to me.


I emailed n PM 'd all involved.

Any suggestions as I'm out of ideas .
