problem marine aquarium 3

I bought Marine Aquarium 3 and I cannot get it to run. It looks like it is going to open and then it just goes away.
Is is my antivirus program causing this or something else?
What do I need to do to get it to run?

What exactly do you mean by "looks like it is going to open"? Please describe exacly what you are doing and seeing.

Well, shut down your AV and all other running apps and try that?
