Oddity about MA3 in registry?

I have a program called ScreenSaver Commander. It refuses to recognize the MA3 .scr file in Windows/System32 (Vista 64-bit). I have another program called Your Uninstaller which reflects Add/Remove. It shows no entry for MA3 or SereneScreen. However, MA3's own uninstaller works well.

My best guess about what's going on is that MA3 is in the registry in a way that makes it impossible for these other programs to "see" it. Doesn't affect performance of the screensaver, but it would be more convenient for me to have the screensaver available to Commander.

Thanks in advance.

Vista 64 has been a problem since it came out. It has a special directory for 32-bit programs, and that directory has a very counter-intuitive name - something like SYSWOW64, if I recall. Prolific's installer/uninstaller has been tuned to look for the program there.

Thanks.

Just for information, the file MarineAquarium3.scr shows up in the System32 folder, with nothing in the SYSWOW64 folder. And MA 3 does appear in Add/Remove.

Does MA3 show up on the list of screensavers in Display Properties?

Yes, as SereneScreen Marine Aquarium 3.

There does seem something unusual about the MA 3 install, though. A total of 6 other screensavers I installed do show up on the two applications - Screensaver Commander and Your Uninstaller - I mentioned.
