beta with installer

i brought the latest version 3 as an upgrade, but it will not accept the v3 key, is this side of it still not working? it keeps asking me for a cd, even though i got it off the net?

Sounds like you bought a CD Upgrade. Which of these choices did you click on at the SereneScreen site?

I thought i went for the download upgrade, I assume though i must have clicked the wrong one? Is there a way round it, can i get a new key issued?
