Bezel adjustment for dual monitors?

Does MA3 have a monitor bezel adjustment for dual monitors so as a fish moves from one monitor to the other it appears to go under the bezels instead of being split between the two monitors?

I recently went dual monitors and noticed the fish split in MA3. Dream Aquarium has a bezel fudge factor and the fish appear to swim under the bezels. Pretty cool effect IMO.

I spent a couple of weeks on this a few years ago (search the Forum for Bezel Gap). As the number of problems and things which could go wrong approached infinity, I gave up on it.

Perhaps Alan can give you some pointers if you two are on good terms.

We're on good terms, but I'm sure not good enough to share programming secrets :)

I believe the problem was trying to come up with a super-advanced keyboard adjustment system where if you pressed the right panning keys at the right time, you could adjust the bezel gap on-the-fly.

If I were still spanning monitors, I'd settle for sliders in the control panel, or even just a text entry field.

The combinations of possibilities was totally overwhelming. Things like, "Assume the left edge of Monitor A is right up against the left edge of the scene. Add a 10-pixel bezel gap to the right edge, then start the picture of Monitor B. Then add a 12 pixel gap and start the picture of Monitor C. But what if you run out of background 6 pixels short of the right edge of Monitor C? Or if someone turns on panning? Or if the monitors are different resolutions? Or....AAAAAAAA!!"

Am I right in assuming that if MA3 was static and didn't pan, then a system similar to Dream Aquarium could have been implemented?
I've always assumed that having MA3 capable of panning across my two screens, is the reason why it's too complicated to have a bezel gap feature.

..... It's a shame really, because the adjustment for different bezel widths with DA works beautifully, - and looks perfect...

If a quick-to-implement solution occurs to me, I'll try to include it in the next update.

Thanks for considering it.
