I'm with drkiwi on the Bangai Cardinal – It looks so much different from the others and the tank could use the added diversity.

...while not being so different as to need the amount of work something like the lionfish or a mandarin goby would...

But of course :)

The current fish model has X number of vertices. The Banggai Cardinal needs more than that, thus requiring almost as much complexity to add as the lionfish took. And you'll recall that took about 4 months for Jim to add.

Most of the residents here in Ashland are former Californians, so everyone is very friendly to us. But you're right, there is a bit of a viewpoint-gap between us and the native Oregonians. We don't quite get their philosophy of "If it moves, shoot it. If it stands still, cut it down."

The Achilles Tang is one, but I haven't decided on the other one yet. It all depends on availability of pictures.

Jim, I think its great that more fish are being added to the aquarium - just an opinion, "wouldn't other creatures of the sea add a new dimension to the aquarium and thus a different level of buyers?
